We commonly hear this problem. You need to be more lot more specific if you need our help. We suggest that you try the following:

  • Place the order without uploading the picture. Choose the option - "I don't have picture right now, I will add the picture later". Once you complete your order submission successfully without picture, you get an email with your order ID number. You may please email your picture to support@gradmemory.com and order ID number and we will update your order with your picture.
  • Try a different browser. Your current browser may not be current.
