Unable to upload my picture for personalization

GradMemory Support Team -

If you are having trouble uploading the picture. we suggest that you place the order without uploading the picture.

  1. Choose the option - "I don't have picture right now, I will add the picture later".
  2. Once you complete your order submission successfully without picture, you get an email with your order ID number.
  3. You may please email your picture to support@gradmemory.com and order ID number and we will update your order with your picture.
